    Shipping and Return Policy


    When will I receive my order?

    We try our best to have all in inventoried instock merchandise orders shipped within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends) of order placement. During certain times of the year this timeframe may be extended. The lead time for made to order items is 10-14 business days plus shipping time. If you have an event date, please reach out to our client services team at customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com and we will work to make sure your product arrives in time.

    Orders will ship from our facility in Waukesha, WI (Zip Code: 53186). Below is the UPS Ground shipping map to determine the estimated transit time to reach you for UPS.  Transportation time varies per carrier selected.

    I need my order really fast, can you help?

    Yes, please contact our client services team customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com and we can arrange expedited shipping for you. Additional rush charges and expedited shipping may occur to receive your product on time. Rush orders must be submitted by 2:30 PM (CST) on a non-holiday business day to qualify for next day release. Shipping time additional. These terms are available for in stock inventory only.

    Am I allowed to return items?

    Yes, on any pre-made inventoried items. Please contact our client services team customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com and they will walk you through the return process. Orders must be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return freight (except if there is a product defect, damage, or shipping error). There are no returns on custom on-demand orders with the exception if the product arrived defective.
