Shipping and Return Policy


When will I receive my order?

We try our best to have all in stock merchandise orders shipped within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends) of order placement. During certain times of the year this timeframe may extend up to 2 weeks. If you have an event date, please reach out to our client services team at customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com and we will work to make sure your product arrives in time.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends). Delivery times are dependent on method and carrier chosen at checkout.  These times may extend during busy times or inclement weather.

I am located in Canada, can you ship to me?

Yes, however, due to the various import restrictions, duties, and taxes our client services department will need to quote you individually. Please contact customer service when you are ready to order and they will be happy to help customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com.

I need my order really fast, can you help?

Yes, please contact our client services team customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com and we can arrange expedited shipping for you. Please note that there is an additional shipping cost associated with this. A $25.00 rush fee will also apply (in addition to the freight charges) for next day shipping.

Am I allowed to return items?

Yes. Please contact our client services team customerservice@wildmarketinggroup.com and they will walk you through the return process. Orders must be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return freight (except if there is a product defect, damage, or shipping error).

What if there is a problem with my order?
